155Mbps SFP 1310nm 40km光模块

SFP光模块是高性能、经济高效的模块，支持155Mbps的数据速率和40km的SMF传输距离。光模块由三部分组成：FP激光发射器、与跨阻抗前置放大器（TIA）集成的PIN光电二极管和MCU控制单元。所有模块均满足一级激光安全要求。光模块与SFP多源协议（MSA）和SFF-8472兼容。有关更多信息，请参阅SFP MSA。
