F-tone Networks's 1.25G FT-77-SFP-BD-20-U/D (pair) is a pair of 1.25Gbps SFP BiDi transceivers, supporting up to 10~20 km over single LC SMF fiber, following IEEE 802.3ab and SFP MSA 1000Base-LX. These BiDi SFP transceivers consists of Driver IC, eeprom I2C, Tx1310nm FP or Tx1490nm DFB laser, PIN-(tia) base on BOSA technologic.

The transceiver consists of three sections: a DFB laser transmitter, a PIN photodiode integrated with a trans-impedance preamplifier (TIA) and EEPROM control unit.
