XCF系列电连接器等效于MIL-C-38999-1系列标准，具有密度高、体积小、亚量轻等特点，壳体为高强度铝合金，插头，插座可装针，也可装孔，其连接方式为卡口式快速连接和分离，操作方便，连接牢靠，抗振耐冲，接触件有焊接式，其中插孔为线簧孔，具有插拔柔和、接触电阻小、防潮、防盐雾、防霉菌、防淋雨等特性，主要应用于舰船等各种恶劣环境领域，也可应用于航空、航天、兵器、野战通信等军事领域以及邮电通讯、铁路指挥系统、计算机、航海和各种仪器、仪表的线路连接。
