XFP光模块 (81)

X2光模块 (17)

X2光模块是10G光模块中主要的一类封装模块，由XENPAK发展而来。是一种支持热插拔的输入/输出装置，主要用于以太网X2端口的交换机或路由器与网络连结端口。而经过改进的X2光模块（其体积只有Xenpak的一半左右）可以直接放到电路板上，因此适用于高密度的机架系统和PCI网卡应用。

Xenpak光模块，10 Gigabit EtherNet Transceiver PAcKage万兆以太网接口收发器集合封装光模块，也是早期的万兆光模块。Xenpak光模块通过70pin的SFP连接器与电路板连接，其数据通道是XAUI接口；Xenpak支持所有IEEE 802.3ae定义的光接口，在线路端可以提供10.3 Gb/s、9.95 Gb/s或4×3.125 Gb/s的速率。

XC系列电连接器符合GJB2889标准，其连接方式为卡口式快速连接和分离，操作方便，连接牢靠，抗摧耐冲。壳体材料为高强度铝合金，接触件有焊接式和后松后即压接式，采用双曲面线簧插孔，具有插拔柔和、接触电阻小、防潮、防盐雾、防霉菌、防淋雨等特性。

XENPAK is a standardized form factor for 10 Gbps Ethernet fiber optics transponders. XENPAK optics are used in datacom optical links only (not telecom). The electrical interface to the host board is also standardized and is called XAuI (4 x 3.125 Gbps ). XENPAK optics are the oldest of the 10G form factors. Xenpak optics have the same connector type as an X2 module (SC).

F-tone BID XFP transceivers are designed for bi-directional 10G serial optical data communications such as IEEE 802.3ae 10GBASE-BX by using 1330(1270nm) transmitter and 1270(1330) nm receiver. The transceiver consists of two sections: The transmitter section uses a multiple quantum well 1330(1270) nm DFB laser and is a class 1 laser compliant according to International Safety Standard IEC 60825.

F-tone DWDM XFP transceivers are available in channels defined in the ITU Grid (100 GHz spacing), from Channel 19 to Channel 61, or ITU Grid (50Ghz spacing), from channel 200 to 592ch. F-tone currently offers DWDM XFP optics for 10G networking at ranges between 40km, 80km. DWDM XFP 120km is under development now.
