1550nm窄线宽DFB光纤激光器采用全光纤结构获得了高稳定性的单频激光输出。线宽窄至10KHz以下,集驱动、温控、致冷模块于一体并具有高速调制功能,调制频率可达数兆赫兹,信噪比大于50dB,低压3V供电,功耗小于2.5W,机箱小巧,方便携带,并采用多重防震措施,可满足优质光源、激光测距、激光雷达、传感器等多种需求。
