产品简介

FT-27-FPP-GEN系列MEMS光纤压力传感器是利用法布里－珀罗干涉（F-P）原理，将压力变化转换为传感器内部F-P压力敏感腔的腔长变化。F-P压力敏感腔由具有一定反射率的两个平面镜组成，光束在其间多次反射构成多光束干涉，在压力作用下，F-P腔长发生相应变化，使入射光被调制。通过解调含有压力信息的光输出信号，就可以获取压力值，也可解算获得被测液体的精确高度。非常适用于高电压、强电磁干扰、强腐蚀和易燃、易爆的环境。
