电光调制器的特点：本系列电光调制器产品包含12Gb/s(GHz), 20Gb/s(GHz), 40Gb/s(GHz)不同速率的产品，有光强度调制器及相位调制器。插入损耗可低于2dB.
电光调制器简要特点如下：
● Wavelength operation ~1550nm
● Low-insertion-loss < 4 dB (standard);(lower loss option < 3 dB and < 2 dB)
● Broadband Traveling-wave Mach-Zehnder-Interferometric Modulator
● Bandwidth 12Gb/s; (20/40Gb/s available )
● Drive Voltage <4.5V standard, (<3.5V option)
● Separate RF (data) and DC Bias electrode
● Option: Integrated Polarizer, Photodetector
● Phase modulator version also available, with Vπ<5V (std.) and <3.0V (Opt.), no DC port
