产品描述
FTCS-Dxx1X-DZ02I SFP+光模块设计用于单模光纤上长达80km的万兆以太网链路。该模块由DWDM EML激光器、APD和前置放大器组成一个高度集成的光学子组件。数字诊断功能可通过SFF-8472中规定的2线串行接口获得。该模块专为单模光纤设计，在100GHz ITU网格、C波段DWDM波长的标称波长下工作。
FTCS-Dxx1X-DZ02I光模块提供了独特的增强型数字诊断监测接口，可实时访问设备操作参数，如光模块温度、激光偏置电流、传输光功率、接收光功率和光模块电源电压。它还定义了一个复杂的警报和警告标志系统，当特定的操作参数超出工厂设定的正常范围时，该系统会向最终用户发出警报。
SFP+MSA在EEPROM中定义了一个256字节的内存映射，可通过8位地址1010000X（A0h）的2线串行接口进行访问。数字诊断监测接口使用8位地址1010001X（A2h），因此最初定义的序列号存储器映射保持不变。
