Description

该模块为 10/100/1000 BASE-T电口 SFP收发器，是高性能、低成本的模块符合IEEE802.3-2002和IEEE802.3ab中规定的千兆以太网和1000BASE-T标准，它支持1000Mbps数据速率，通过非屏蔽双绞线5类电缆传输距离可达到100米
该模块支持具有5电平脉冲幅度调制（PAM）信号的1000 Mbps全双工数据链路，电缆有四对线，每对线的符号速率为250Mbps。该模块提供标准的符合SFP MSA的串行ID信息，可通过2线串行CMOS以A0h地址访问EEPROM协议。物理IC也可以通过地址ACh处的2线串行总线访问。
