北亿纤通的1.25G SFP光模块是高性能、经济高效的模块，支持1.25Gbps/1.0625Gbps的传输速率和120km的SMF传输距离。该光模块由三部分组成：DFB激光发射机、集成跨阻抗前置放大器（TIA）的APD光电二极管和MCU控制单元。所有光模块均满足一级激光安全要求。光模块兼容SFP多源协议（MSA）和SFF-8472。
