兼容中航光电 HTS3201 单路光收发一体模块

产品描述
该单路光收发一体光模块是一款低功耗，高性能的单纤双向尾纤型收发一体光模块。传输距离1km，3.3V直流供电，-45到85℃。传输速率为10.3125Gbps，发射波长1270/1330nm，接收波长范围 1320～1340/1260～1280nm。发射部分信号引脚（TD+和 TD-）与接收部分信号引脚（RD+和 RD-）接口采用交流 CML 电平。模块还具有发送信号关断控制。
模块体积小，重量轻，可安装在空间狭小的插板或机箱内。可定制尾纤接头方式，为光纤链路提供可靠的连接。
模块可广泛应用于各种数字光通信系统，如万兆位以太网、光纤通道、SONET/SDH、交换机等。
