光缆的结构是将着色光纤套入高模量材料 PBT 制成的松套管中，松套管内填充阻水化合物，缆芯的中心是一根高强度金属加强芯，套管和填充绳围绕中心加强芯绞合成紧凑和圆形的缆芯，缆芯内的缝隙充以阻水填充物，缆芯外纵包双面覆塑膜铝带，铝带外挤制低烟无卤材料完成外护套成缆。
