6.25Gbps 单路光收发一体模块

产品描述
该单路光收发一体模块是一款低功耗、高性能、高可靠的单纤双向 FC 接口模块。典型传输速率 6.25Gbps。DC 3.3V 直流供电，工业级温度。发射部分信号引脚（TD+和 TD-）接口电平标准为 CML。接收部分包括 PIN 和限幅放大器，信号引脚（RD+和 RD-）接口电平标准为 CML。模块还具有发送信号关断控制及接收信号检测功能。
由于 FC 接头外径大于模块厚度，建议客户将模块安装在 PCB（主）板边缘，便于跳线可靠连接。
