3.072Gb/s SFP BIDI 40km 光收发模块
描述
F-tone Networks的FTCS-B1531-40Dxx小型可插拔（SFP）光模块与小型可插拔多源协议（MSA）兼容。该光模块由五个部分组成：LD驱动器、限幅放大器、数字诊断监视器、DFB激光器和PIN光电检测器。模块数据链路长达40km，采用9/125um单模光纤。
光学输出可以通过Tx Disable的TTL逻辑高电平输入禁用，系统也可以通过I2C禁用模块。提供Tx故障以指示激光器的退化。提供信号丢失（LOS）输出以指示接收器的输入光信号的丢失或与伙伴的链路状态。系统还可以通过I2C寄存器访问获得LOS（或链路）/禁用/故障信息。
