2.5Gbps 单路光收发一体模块

产品描述
此款光模块是一款低功耗、高性能的双纤双向收发一体模块。传输速率高达 2.5Gbps，模块发射、接收波长均为 850nm。3.3V 直流供电，光接口为 ST 接口。发射部分采用高功率 LD，信号引脚（TD+和 TD-）接口电平标准为 CML 或 LVPECL。接收部分包括 PIN 和限幅放大器，信号引脚（RD+和 RD-）接口电平标准为 CML。模块还具有发送信号关断控制及无光告警功能。
模块体积小，重量轻，可安装在空间狭小的插板或机箱内。
