产品概述
北亿纤通 FTTT-151512-60xx(1550T/1550T) 单模光发射模块符合1×9多源封装协议，是高速数据单向光通讯设备的优选设计方案。FTTT-151512-60xx(1550T/1550T) 光模块选用一流激光器芯片，采用先进的耦合封装工艺，精湛的内部和外部工艺，具有极好的可靠性和长期稳定性。良好的性价比支持对品质有较高要求设备的设计应用。
FTTT-151512-60xx(1550T/1550T) 模块支持1.25Gbps传输速率。传输距离长达60公里，更远的传输距离可供选择。利用SMT集成工艺在一个模块中实现双路高速数据发射。FTTT-151512-60xx(1550T/1550T)模块工作温度范围为0℃到70℃（商业级）/-40到+85°C（工业级）；电源供电方式：单5V。
